"Then she spent the next 10 minutes talking with us about options we had available to us instead of Fiji.
We hung up, ordered wine and lunch and then toasted our good fortune for having a travel agent like Lael. Our server even remarked that most of his customers would have been freaking out if they were in our situation.
Lael made the necessary arrangements, gave us a call and we detoured to the Big Island of Hawaii and had a fantastic 4 days enjoying a wonderful property and island. And, we cut our flight time to New Zealand by 5 hours after making this hop. All while sitting in an airport restaurant drinking wine!

We have a relationship with Lael...she knows our likes and dislikes. She always checks in during and after a trip to see how things are going and if we liked our choices. This is very important for future trips and our happiness.
Lael has travelled extensively and she has a very broad network of professionals that she can also use to get advice from. We bounce ideas off of Lael, she does some research and then we make a plan together.
When we have had issues while traveling, Lael answers her phone and she gets things fixed. Have you ever stood in line at a customer service desk in the airport with the other 200 people on your flight when the airline cancels last minute? During our 15 year relationship, Lael has rerouted us, found us flights after they have been canceled, she has fixed hotel room problems and, unfortunately, she got us home quickly after the unexpected death of a parent.
Lael has helped us with trips all over the world! We have been to Antarctica on a cruise and to Africa on a safari. We have been to all the corners of Italy and we have traversed Greece. We have been to Oktoberfest in Germany and the vineyards of South Africa. We danced on the Great Wall of China, swam in the Indian Ocean off the lovely Seychelles Islands and we ballooned over the Masai Mara of Kenya at daybreak.
Our bucket list is still a mile long...the top 3: see the northern lights in Finland, drink Guinness in an Irish pub, sleep in a bungalow over the ocean. We have plenty of more adventures and memories to make and we will continue to have Lael assist us for our travel needs now and in the future."
